Help With My Laptop

Okay guys heres the deal , i fix my laptopd but my fps in cs are 30 and go donw to 15 i cant play

my graphic card is : Intel Graphic Media Accelarator 3150

my process card is :Intel Atom CPU N455

i need help and other games i have also run slowsly in the laptod
but i know i have some problem because cs 1.6 run bad

heres the deal boss, i play in my main pc which is damaged right now.
so i am using my laptod that its more new than my pc but its sucks i cant play any game i use to play with in my another computer and its slow and freeze even when i look videos i have been checking it and i found that the problem can be the video card or the processor, the pc expert told me my motherboard card is fuck up but i format to default system my laptdod and start to work again but its sucks i have 15 to 30 fps and i have to use d3d because in open gl its worst

since you reformated it make sure your "graphics card's" drivers are up to date. just go to the intel website/downloads and find the most up to date driver. ur card isn't good but 1.6 doesnt need the good of a card so u should still be able to run it. after u update your driver, fix your rates in game.

i already check and my driver is update i use same commands the only difference is i use 5000 rate

LOL, can see the reason just from look at your CPU. Intel Atom line of processor are not meant to be used as gaming processors. I mean Atom is mainly designed to do some simple processing and is often used on netbooks. I am not trying to shoot you down or anything, I just want to say that Atmo line of processors are not meant to play games. I would highly recommend that you get your main PC fix ASAP so that you can enjoy CS 1.6 again.

this is simple.. lol.. follow me on this. type fps_max 101 ( since you have intel graphics, I recommend you try fps_max 60 first than after that try fps_max 101) and then type fps_override 1. all should be typed in the console. also in the game options. go to video options. then tick the box where it says "low video quality helps with slower video cards" and untick all other boxes. also your Renderer should be set to OpenGL. Let me know if this helps. also do what shorty said as well.

he doesnt need fps_override since hes not going over 100 fps. fps_override is only for when you want to get over 100 fps, and with his video card he wont be pushing over 100

He has a similar issue i had couple of months back.. i had 60 fps then after i changed some settings using the above commands it helped me. therefore I think he can give it a shot and see if it works. even though he is using intel graphics. using the above commands will pull more than 30 fps for sure. why not just give it a shot and let me know the results.
