So Myself, the other 2 Owners and the Co-Owners decided that since there is an award for Klan Members, We should have an award from between Admin up to Manager. The COS Co-Owners and Owners are reward enough on their own.

We decided that the award should be given to the 2 guys who go above and beyond in their work and support for our community. We are calling this Award "The Back Bone of the Community " Award. Along with this award goes The "a" flag. For those of you who don't know what that is, I will explain.

That "a" flag gives the user Immunity in the servers, Meaning they can't be slapped, Slayed, Kicked or banned by any other admin or higher. It also means they can use the "destroy" commands. With this Flag comes great responsibility, this is why it is only available to the Members outlined earlier.

This goes hand in hand with an earlier post I made called "The State of The Klan Address". Every four Months the 3 Owners and the 3 Co-Owners will have a meeting, In that meeting we will discuss the Direction our Klan and Family is headed, What we think has room for Improvement, and what we are happy and not happy with. After that Meeting there will be a post keeping you all informed of what we discussed, and what we expect from everyone.

So that means that this award will last for 4 months to the 2 winners. After the 4 months we will choose 2 other guys to receive the award and the Flag. However the old winners will lose the Flag, But get to keep the actual award forever. So that's pretty much it for the explanation.

The 2 winners for this 4 month period, or (quarter) as we are going to call it are as follows.....

Phantom... You are one of the hardest working guys we have, or have ever had. You are always active. Answering posts, helping members with problems and keeping the servers Clean. You exemplify the meaning of Back Bone of the community. Congrats Brother, From all of us.

Mpressive.... You are also a personification of the meaning of this award, Your experience, levelheadedness, and patience are unmatched in our community. You work your tail off every day to improve the community for new and old members alike. For this you are our second winner for this Quarter. Congrats brother, You totally earned it.

No takedown Or if not But I have problems in my studies I need to give more time to my studies because I give more time to the game to my studio and I need to go right in my studies since I'm into something difficult and Well My family to consider and opted to not use more Maybe both the computer for research and other things but not otherwise so once notice BsK Family ! I do not want I go down range why I'm giving an Explanation and my behavior with my superiors is Poor and I'm trying to improve it as best as possible If you return back in October or November Because I 'll be on vacation and will improve my behavior in other clans as XA and taketh time to review the banlist .

BsK.| N0W >>>>>> You seem to need some time to prove that you can be mature enough to handle the responsibilty that bieng a BsK Admin brings with it, We voted and it has been decided that you will have a 15 Day extension on your Trial, You will still have to post ALL OF YOUR DEMOS, For EVERY BAN YOU MAKE. At the end of your extension we will vote again and decide if you have matured enough to handle permanent admin. Take this as a challenge and rise to the occasion. This is an idea I have been toying with the last couple of months, I think that every Quarter of a year(three months) the three Owners and the Three Co-Owners need to have a small meeting and pick out some things that we need to improve on. And also pick out a few things that we have accomplished as a family and a klan to commend everyone on.

I know nobody wants to be babied, but I also know that it is nice to hear you are doing a good job and are being noticed by Management. And believe me, we all think you guys are doing an AMAZING job and we definitely notice! So in a couple of weeks, everyone can expect to see a post by one of us, pointing out areas where we think we can improve, and also letting guys know that we appreciate them.

Also I think we should pick one or two guys who stand out from the rest in their commitment and work ethic, These guys should be praised and rewarded for theses quality's. This will be for Admin and up, we already have Klan Member of the month, so this will be like "Klan Stars of the Quarter" or something along those lines.

Anyway, the Owners and Co-Owners still need to iron out the details, So stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled for the first "STATE OF THE KLAN ADDRESS" Love all you guys! PeacE!

Well, I don't know how to say this.
I am having too much problems, this year, is not for jokes. I am not having time for you, school started, the lebel of exigence is 80%, in an exam of 10 points, I should do 8 points for pass that shitty exam, after 1 content finished, we will have exams.
Homework is vitally, the process os more important that an exam.
And more problems, I don't want talk too.much.
They guys, learned me, English, team play, they are the first server I played.
