**State of the Klan**

This is an idea I have been toying with the last couple of months, I think that every Quarter of a year(three months) the three Owners and the Three Co-Owners need to have a small meeting and pick out some things that we need to improve on. And also pick out a few things that we have accomplished as a family and a klan to commend everyone on.

I know nobody wants to be babied, but I also know that it is nice to hear you are doing a good job and are being noticed by Management. And believe me, we all think you guys are doing an AMAZING job and we definitely notice! So in a couple of weeks, everyone can expect to see a post by one of us, pointing out areas where we think we can improve, and also letting guys know that we appreciate them.

Also I think we should pick one or two guys who stand out from the rest in their commitment and work ethic, These guys should be praised and rewarded for theses quality's. This will be for Admin and up, we already have Klan Member of the month, so this will be like "Klan Stars of the Quarter" or something along those lines.

Anyway, the Owners and Co-Owners still need to iron out the details, So stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled for the first "STATE OF THE KLAN ADDRESS" Love all you guys! PeacE!
