since last Wednesday, many things have happened in Venezuela.
protests, marches, led mostly by students. today these things still happening, insecurity, health, economy are the main reasons for these protests. here i post some pics " much pics to see , but that i can't post all here"

burning police cars, destroying autobuces government, destroying places and many different things

Began to raise many more protests in every state of the country, but now for some reason are mainly revoke or obtain the resignation of the current president.

even a few days ago there was a peace march.


but in some cities has generated repression by the national guard, which has led to violence

OK!!! We have a couple of Announcements, Some good and some (depending on how you look at it) Not so good......

So, first thing is that we are going to be eliminating the Demo Reviewer Position. This position is not being effective and it is also kind of redundant since our Admin Managers, Server Managers and staff are doing the reviewing anyway.

So 2 of our Demo reviewers are going to be going back to regular admin. IKPheonix is very inactive, Fps If you want to talk to me about it, just shoot me a PM and I will answer you, same goes for you IK. You are both Great admins and we would really hate to lose you, This is strictly a streamlining measure. So don't take it the wrong way.

The answer to that would be NO! That's because Mpressve is our newest STAFF! You worked your ass of to get there Bro, you deserve it!! congrats to both of you guys.


Also, Now that DR position is gone.......Admin managers, Server Managers, Staff and Managers have to review demos! We need as many experienced eyes on them as possible. So for a demo to be confirmed at least 2 of one of the above ranks have to review a demo before it is either confirmed or deemed Clean. if the 2 disagree then a third will break the tie, Majority rules.

We have a new Klan Member of the Month!! Every month the highers and admins vote on who the hardest working Klan member is, Then the winner get Admin in the server of their choice for that month. If at the end of the month, they did a good job, and got at least 10 confirmed bans, That Trial admin could become permanent.

Congrats bro, you have been making lots of good reports and being active and social on the forum, You have admin for the month on the server of your choice. Also you get the little trophy award for the month. You must post all of you ban demos in the admin demo zone, Wear the tag [BsK-T] in the servers so everyone will know you are a Trial Admin.

If you are not SURE about a hacker, just do what you are doing now. Take a demo and post it and ask for opinions. Do not ban the guy, get his steam id and IP and we can add the ban later. this will save you problems with bad bans again congrats dude!
