i cant fix my problem, i always had a 16:9 resolution and 1600 x 900

After all, if it doesn't work try reinstalling the CS.
the mine was with the black screen. and then it was all too close. After far too much ... has to do with the resolution of the monitor as well. After all try this. standy uncheck "wait for vertical sync" u'll get a slight fps increase.
