- Press 9 and Go to the last page.
- Select the option "AMXBans: Disconnected players"
- Search and ban the player who left.

That would be a foolish thing to do standard, if you ever find a guy with nick "player" just cross check his ip then ban if necessary.

player is a default name for CS that would be crazy to blacklist the name, just do what Z says. check his IPs.

You can also do this when a player left; open console and type in ---> amx_last <---
