I was thinking in a better organization of the website to me, i was thinking in change the chatbox, updates, news and birthdays at the top of the forum, before the "FREE STEAM ALTERNATIVES" section, it will looks better and organized to me, is just an opinion, what do you think?

No. thats what noob communities do because they dont know how to move chatbox to the end of the Website hahaha

I think it's important for any cause, you can say everything through there quickly if necessary, and what about notices?

i like it down there with the latest posts. i honestly dont really look at the rest of em unless i need to. at the bottom looks better.

I like the way we have it, i see other forums with it on top and i got to say its a bit confusing, as you never really know what anyone's talking about most the time it is nonsense anyway. I would take it out all together if it was up to me. As far as noobs go whats the first thing a noob does when they see a chat box? A. SPAM.

Best right where it is. Actually when it comes to CS community forums, we have one of the nicest and most organized ones around! I also agree with short. When i come on, I always scroll right down to the bottom and check newest posts, I like it just the way it is. Just my opinion though.....
