And the food... is it true that you get free food while going around in the car??? Because you cant be all day inside the police car... you must get hungry lol

1. nope. i have no idea how the donut thing started. i guess they used to eat a lot of donuts back in the day lol.

2. we arent technically allowed to punch anyone. we are able to reasonable defend ourselves. if a subject is resisting, we are allowed to use reasonable means when subduing the person. we never go 1v1. if they want to put up a fight we usually make it unfair to end it quickly, such as deploy a taser or something. but yeah, we force them to do what we need them to do. if we have to be rough, we make it rough... but at a reasonable level. lol i'll just say that. you can actually look up things on youtube about jails. when officers have to go in and subdue or gain control of someone, they go in hard.

3. we really don't get free food. it depends on the place we get it. if they feel like giving us free food or drinks, we'll take it. but, we NEVER ask for free food. 7-11 usually gives us free coffee which is awesome. restaurants usually give us a law enforcement discount when we get food. sometimes up to 50% off. it all depends on them. But again, we never ever ask or expect free food.

it depends on the state in the U.S. my state it is legal to possess as long as its not used while committing another crime.

this depends on the department. there are no real quotas. however, some departments "encourage" their officers to write a certain amount of tickets. again not really a quota, its more performance standards. luckily the office im with doesn't care. I know people who haven't wrote tickets in a year. I myself will write on the low end. traffic shit isnt really for me.
