yeah we drive around and patrol going from place to place. most of the time we do our own proactive work and wait to get called out to go handle a situation. we do get out of our cars though to walk around or get food/drinks whenever we feel like it. but, for the most part, thats our office and we're always driving around. my ass didn't hurt being in it all day when i was out there.

What is the average response time for back to gear up and enter the unit?
yeah we have pepper spray but thats it. for the most part we have a person watching the cameras (but its like over 100 cameras with one or two people watching it) and theres usually a guy behind the glass in an office that can see into the unit. response time is pretty fast in an emergency. i dont know the time value but if someone is getting their ass beat the other deps don't wait too long and they come in hard and violent. but again, it doesnt take that long to stab someone up and walk away. Its usually not the case in our jail though. we dont have many staff assaults.
In case of a bigger emergency, we have guys on the special response team on every shift. the team is the SWAT of jails, theyre pretty badass.
Do you know how long it takes the response unit (SWAT) to get their gear on and assembled? Also have you seen them in action yet?

2º As policeman, you do some form of exercise to stay fit?
3º polces not have some kind of gym for practice ??
4º I guess you have a shooting range to practice ??

negative. didn't have a chance to meet any of them or see an emergency. so i have no idea how long it takes. i spent less than a day at the jail and im headed to the streets. i didn't soak up much of the jail stuff. though now next week ill be certified to work in there lol.
but as far as them suiting up and going in full gear, that only happens during a riot or if they have to extract someone with a high threat level from a cell. For fights or other shit, deputies lock down the units and inmates have to immediately go to their cells. if not, they'll get the spray, the taser, or get shot with the shotgun with beanbag loads. when a call comes out for help, all available deputies head over to that area and luckily our jail is all one floor and its really not that huge. it doesnt take long for a group of us to stack up and push into the unit. we only have SERT suit up if its a big thing, otherwise we can all handle it.

The fat depends on your Rank, if you are a Higher rank as an officer, you will be more fat than others ahahah.

no offense taken. my sheriffs office is good with that kind of stuff. they dont require you to work out but we get a set amount of time each week that we can go to the gym and work out during our shift (usually at the beginning or end). We have gyms at every substation as well as our main station. we also can go to the fire-stations and use theirs. my sheriffs office doesnt have a lot of fatties. ive seen maybe like 3. most of our deps are former military. there are a lot of bodybuilders who compete and marathon runners/bikers. we're encouraged to stay fit. most of us just like doing it. also, to even get the job we have a physical assessment. so u have to be in some kind of good shape.
as for shooting, we have our own range but in my opinion there isnt nearly enough range time for us. We qualify with our guns twice a year so we have a standard that we have be at in terms of being good at shooting. but i wish we had more time available for us to practice. most of us go shooting on our own at different ranges.

Kind of true. there are a couple command staff that are fat. but most of our command staff came in with the sheriff when he was elected. theyre former DEA, FBI, and other federal agencies, so their in good shape.

I have 3 questions for now
The first one is related with the one standard did.
Do you know what Started the "cops eating donuts" Stereotype???
the 2nd One :
Are you guys able to punch the "bad guys" in the face if they dont wanna get in to the Police Car or inside the jail??
And the 3rd One
And the food... is it true that you get free food while going around in the car??? Because you cant be all day inside the police car... you must get hungry lol
Do you fap in the bathroom, room locker bathroom, shower, etc when you cant see your respective wife, girlfriend, etc
maybe to take stress out
