Admin not doing their job

I had to come to forum atlast because its getting unbearable.Most of the time the admins present dont know how to identify hackers.Many of the time they arent even present.And right now the admin soopadoopa is spectating but a guy named LOVEs is openly wallhacking but noone is taking action.When I joined this forum,I thought i loved this clan and wanted to help in any way i can to get it better.But after playing in it for so long,I am very disappointed.If anyone visits the classic sserver with dd2 and inferno map right now,they will understand where I am coming from.

Unfourtunately, we can't be online full time. About soopa, sometimes he lets in spec all night long..
I can't ban anyone this moment, since i'm having problems with demos, but gonna apear an admin soon, ok?
By the way, if you are concerned about the servers, why don't you join us and be an admin in the future?

First of all your sig made my day .
Secondly ,I'd love to join but i'm on summer holidays from uni and my new semester starts in august.so I cant be online as much as now after that.You people are doing a great job but sometimes its frustrating to see hackers roaming freely.
Just my 2cents.
Also I think admin post should be equal to or higher than the donators because they are doing all the hard work without getting paid.

Just a heads up, when soopa is in spectate, he is usually afk. He is in servers all day but goes afk sometimes

we're doing our best. im pretty sure its usually during the time u made your post, the lowest number of admins are on. (if any are on at all). This is due to different time zones. I can tell u i would be on but that is early early morning for me over here. If an admin isnt doing their job, please report it. If there is a hacker in the servers pls do report it/go in the chat on our homepage and see if theres anyone else on.

Don't talk smack just because there was no admin at the time of your play. Some of us have Over 100,200 perma bans on record so dont say nobody is doing anything. We have too much non steam fags screaming "HACKER HACKER" every fucking second,it is impossible to catch every single one of them. Not every admin is as experienced as us older admins. They have to start somewhere and learn somehow. And don't expect 50 admins to play at night. Have a sense of logic. Everyone is playing during the day time. Just because you say you "love this community" but now "You disappointed in it" does not mean we should live up to your standards . Before the first banlist wipe i had close to 300 perma bans so don't say a word that we are not doing a damn good job. There will be always cheaters because our servers are non steam and non steam means unsecured.

Donator is NOT a person who is getting paid,donator is the person who DONATES TO OUR SERVERS TO KEEP THEM RUNNING. Regular Admin votes will never be higher than donators' votes because donators work as hard too but on top of that they are paying for admin. So YOUR opinion is completely incorrect and is based on your own BIAS.
