I am a little worried that you have no admin experience.. This leads to banning non-hackers and a lot of problems. However your activity on forums and server are okay. I play mostly Classic server so I would not know.
I would say work on your activity on forums (NOT SPAM POSTING) and make yourself known to others. You just joined 2 weeks ago, which is a little sketchy. Don't just quit if you get denied. You do show potential, just be patient for any answer As of Right now, This application is Pending. Waiting for other responses..

Brake gave you an answer. He didn't say no, so you are about half way there. Just do like he said and in a few weeks apply again. As long as you have followed his instructions you will get admin.
