There is no such rule as to not allow latin players into the servers, but with that being said. We need to put a few filters on who we accept as clan members.

Your qulification will be based on the following:

• Server Acitivity
  
• Forum Activity
  
• Status - Steam or Non-Steam
  
• Ping ( 150 or less )
  
• Attitude
  

Anyone who meets all the above will be granted immediate membership.

Your application was denied for the following reasons.

• Non-Steam
  
• Forum Activity - Too many posts with little to no meaning, as if you were just making the posts to get qualified.
  
• Attitude - You haven't proven yourself to be mature enough.
