That test you showed proves my point that your PC can't handle the speed. If you were getting lesser speed it would have showed on speed test.

I'm in shock 256 ram can hardly handle speed above 1 Mbps you expect it to use 5 Mbps.

I have also 256 of Ram and single core processor(insert serious face here). it runs at 60-90 on a scrim and 30-50 depending the map and addons.

is it really 5mbps or a package of 5M of internet? two different things.
