Why hes hacking?

First of all When he was walking he throw his nade into a hollow after that he was walking around that place and finally he go there and killed the guy who was there

How he know? he throw a nade accidentally? or he knew that someone was there? i didn't listen any step of his enemy, so? For me hes hack

PS: The other player cheating in the demo was " . " he started cheating when deucy left, after a few rounds he changed his nickname to [Pwned], both names blacklisted. I dont do the report because of that. (I recorded a demo just in case, if you want me to post it, let me know and I will).
