Don't need a software for do a record. You can record a demo with your cs just follow this steps:

Open the console and write: record demoname (demoname will be the name of the demo change it for the name that you want. Example: record hack)
when you want finish your recording write stop on the console.
The file .demo will saved in the cstrike folder (Programfiles/counterstrike/cstrike/)
search it there and upload to www.mediafire.com or www.mega.co.nz
If before you want see your demo write on the console playdemo demoname
