***New Award***

So Myself, the other 2 Owners and the Co-Owners decided that since there is an award for Klan Members, We should have an award from between Admin up to Manager. The COS Co-Owners and Owners are reward enough on their own.

We decided that the award should be given to the 2 guys who go above and beyond in their work and support for our community. We are calling this Award "The Back Bone of the Community " Award. Along with this award goes The "a" flag. For those of you who don't know what that is, I will explain.

That "a" flag gives the user Immunity in the servers, Meaning they can't be slapped, Slayed, Kicked or banned by any other admin or higher. It also means they can use the "destroy" commands. With this Flag comes great responsibility, this is why it is only available to the Members outlined earlier.

This goes hand in hand with an earlier post I made called "The State of The Klan Address". Every four Months the 3 Owners and the 3 Co-Owners will have a meeting, In that meeting we will discuss the Direction our Klan and Family is headed, What we think has room for Improvement, and what we are happy and not happy with. After that Meeting there will be a post keeping you all informed of what we discussed, and what we expect from everyone.

So that means that this award will last for 4 months to the 2 winners. After the 4 months we will choose 2 other guys to receive the award and the Flag. However the old winners will lose the Flag, But get to keep the actual award forever. So that's pretty much it for the explanation.

The 2 winners for this 4 month period, or (quarter) as we are going to call it are as follows.....

Phantom... You are one of the hardest working guys we have, or have ever had. You are always active. Answering posts, helping members with problems and keeping the servers Clean. You exemplify the meaning of Back Bone of the community. Congrats Brother, From all of us.

Mpressive.... You are also a personification of the meaning of this award, Your experience, levelheadedness, and patience are unmatched in our community. You work your tail off every day to improve the community for new and old members alike. For this you are our second winner for this Quarter. Congrats brother, You totally earned it.

School and shit got me so tied up that I was like a dumbass sitting in front of the computer saying to myself what is this shit. LOL. Mpressive, I am kind of jealous of you because of this, but maybe it's life and that life sometimes gives you a boost at times, so savor your award when you have it. As for F-4 aka Phantom, I think that you should have my position in that I think that I have been slacking and what not. Oh well, c'est la vie.
