few days ago I suffered a power outage simultaneous in my house and I think this caused my pc is slower this started from those days

info about my pc
Windows-7
ADM Radeon HD 6410D 2.50 GHz (1004MB)
BIOSTAR A55MLV
2 GB RAM

I take this screenshot to all can see that I'm not using anything but see my fisic memory
I already uninstalled and installed again driver of video but this don't works

uninstall avast and install microsoft security essentials is better, clean your pc with ccleaner, maybe you have a malware use malware bytes for it.

i just turn off my Anti-Virus when i play CS, i turn it on again when i download files and that crap

72 processes? thats a lot running. i only have 46 running. you should try ending some un-needed and see if that helps

Well i would advise you upgrade your memory cards as if you want to do more than one thing at a time, I see most of the stuff you have running is not required for cs. such as your anti-virus, lightshot, firefox, java, adobe flash, ect... Turn some stuff off b4 you play, or like i said b4 replace memory...
