I saw it a few times and I think it's time to clear this confusion.

Some demo's are not with status command. Do not ban anyone without status command as there has been cases in the past when we have some impersonators and I do not want real guys getting banned for no reason.

Do not ban a guy without status and amx_who command(if you have access)
