mmmm i think he need to learn the basic english because half of people in forum speak english and the other portuguese (but there is people speak spanish like me ), and he need exp of admin to prevent accidents in the future, but u need to stop ur spam. so my vote is against for now until he learn english and stop his spam and get some exp of admin (i think minimal 1 month).
