whats the point of being ban out of the server but not from website

ive got banned for me that ban was for playing cool, not everyday you have same feelings, one day you play good one day not so, any way, whats the point of being ban out of the server but not from website
why is that question? because one of your fine guy thats "help people" once said so if you make another unban appeal.. also will be banned on forum

These accounts will also be banned for the reason that in our community only allows 1 account per person but well I guess you are now you dont have any accounts
