Not enough evidence. His first kill in the starting of demo looks criminal but you started recording demo in the middle of the the round and i have no idea what exactly happened before that kill. That kill can also be considered as ONE-LUCKY SHOT. you should have recorded it a bit more. Although i will always look for him in servers for something more.

Like i said, i found him in official server, he was hacking and i banned him.
Although there is something i really feel the need to bring up.

THE STEAM ID YOU PROVIDED IN THIS HACK REPORT, THIS ID DO NOT MATCH ANTI-VIRUS's ID IN DEMO AND I FEEL LIKE IT IS ALSO NOT SOME COPY-PASTE MISUNDERSTANDING BECAUSE IT DIFFER FROM IDs OF ALL THE OTHER PLAYER. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHY ARE YOU TYPED UP AN FRAUD-ID?

WTF!!! this is no coping mistake. Dont try to fool us kid, i know this is not a big issue, but what were you thinking? You thought no one will notice. For this you will get a warning point, and remember next time any kind of fraud even at minimum level like this will result in your banning from forum.

Please when reporting hackers take some time to get your evidence together! dont just make one demo, make sure you got the evidence you need then post the report.. Take your time...
