You need to have the original code to be able to break it. That's why all the crackers have a legit steam account, because they need to know source code. Valve can't catch them, becuase files are common on servers and clients. Would valve be able to track, if I sent you a file from my cstrike folder? Considering that there are a millions of counter strike players, its not even possible to keep track of it.

We know that ipchanger is consider a person who change his ip but he stills in the same place. Some of our ipchangers are from venezuela

We have some issues with people from venezuela Because They have The same internet company So it shows that they appear in the same 

place their company are CANTV.   they have 3 more companys Movistar, digitel and INTER the issue its only by CANTV (I think so)

This is the ip of a random player (http://www.elhacker.net/geolocalizacion....74.188.66+) It shows that he lives in caracas, near to montecarlo 

Well I will show another random ip (http://www.elhacker.net/geolocalizacion.....90.88.165) It shows the same place the same area.

that company  do not give them others place they looks like Ipchanger for us. For that I'm doing this thread to talk about this issue.

Alright now i get the big ammount of Fake IP Changers...lol , well, IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM, if we wanna get rid of Non-Steamers kids who will never contribute to BsK, then we should be even worried about this problem, lets ban 'em all for being "ip changers", if they wanna be "legal" and "clean" , then they should get a STEAM ACCOUNT

"i think" is not a valid argument, i dont get the bad thing of posting it on public forum since its a help for all admins to know what is going on in Venezuela.

there is something i dont understand about all this non steam situation , beside the fact i start playing cs 1.6 in a non steam.

Steamers are the ones who made this non steam project´s they rip the steam game and made this non steam games why they will do that if they knew is online theft? and they even have forums dedicated to cracked and use this steam games for free and they have steam

They didnt start, they didnt want free games or something, say thanks to Reloaded, Pacman, Skidrow and Razor 1911, they are 3 known group of hackers. that has nothing to do with having or not a steam account. they just did it to include more people in the game and make it free, thats the purpose of the piracy, turn paid stuff to free stuff... Music, Movies, everything. this has nothing to do with the ammount of Original things people have... As Spirit said, to record a pirate movie, game or music, you need the original at first.
