This happen you only with cs? did you try with another game?
I really don't know what can be..
Try to change some options of video to the game
Maybe There's is some virus in your PC or maybe as I said reinstall your video card drivers

reinstall the cs lol j/k


try:

- updating video card drivers

- maybe is the connection, call the internet provider

- clean the pc

- you pc have a spyware

- download the latest version of direct X or direct 3D

- change the video quality of the cs

- change the resolution of the pc

- GOOGLE :d

well I think if I install another game that also happen to be a virus maybe not, but I'm not sure because it happened suddenly and truth that I found very strange.
