Short, I recommend activate he's admin with password, when I was trial admin thanks to that I had no problems.

Just a word of caution, If you think a guy is hacking but you are not sure... use the amx_who command in console and get his ip and steam id when you record him, BUT DON'T BAN HIM!. Post the demo so we can watch it and we can add the ban after the fact. This will stop you from having clean bans and getting unban apps made against you.
