I just checked on your request. He is not a cheater and he is steam. i know him personally so there is nothing to worry about. Also on the other hand, me knowing him and him having a steam account does not mean he is not hacking.. he could be hacking. lol
 therefore if you think he has some kind of a hack, please demo him and provide us the demo by posting it in this thread. at the moment for you to be clear minded, he is not hacking. and thanks for notifying us

Getting a demo is needed if you are going to be reporting a hacker, just because you say hes hacking doesnt mean we will go and ban that person based on someone's word, we require proof to support your accusation. with that being said, we will look into as HIGH just did
