I have a problem with my cs 1.6,  it is very normal.
You can help me? 


PROBLEM:
I enter on the game and appears a loading window appears.
I press CANCEL and the menu  has changed:

Join Random Servers

New Game
Find Servers
Options
Exit

If i press FIND SERVERS the window of INTERNET servers is full of romanian servers and my favorites servers has been deleted.

I Press CONSOLE and this appears:   connect xdd2.ms-shadow.ro:27016

I check the folders of the game and multiple files has changed THE DATE 

Resource and i think config or userconfig

You joined some malicious server and they modified your game files. I wouldn't know what they did, unless I see the files, but try and find Masterserverlist or something along those lines. There is usually a folder in the root directory, same as cstrike folder.

You should check the .cfg file and try to search in all of the notepads files in your cs folder... I got that few months ago and i fixed finding the files and will be appears something like this: "B" blind connect (server)

Just erase all of that, try join cs again and blind your regular cfg

I reinstalled the game...

I got this like couple months ago just reinstall the game and do not join shitty servers .
