they are png but you have not used the tools properly because this png file is not fully transparent. you have to make it 100% transparent.. this how your file really look.. basically all the white areas should be black. it could be some other color in ur pc but you get the idea.

lol man its okay I was refering to the very very original png file what you get from a psd file. not just converting the jpg to png. its all good bro. thanks

That is the original png file.
