When you search the name on the ban list you can see he has 3 momentary bans and the active ban of course. So i'm just guessing this is not maybe the thing. But guessing, it seems that Vz^ looked for him in the banlist and saw the bans, but he didn't see that it was momentary and not permanent. In that case let's Vz^ take care of it, but i'm gonna wait until the 24 hours passed to take action by myself. Since i don't see a reason for baning him as IpChanger (if i'm wrong correct me please.)
