Today I was trying to make a donation and the following message appeared.

Your credit card has been declined for this transaction. PayPal could not validate it. Verify the information you entered is correct or try another credit card.

Someone can tell me what happened.
The data were right.
A doubt:
My card is originally from Brazil and is not international.
This may be the reason for the problem?

well then since its been declined, you prob maxed out the transactions meaning no money will be coming out of their until you pay the bill or whatever. you could try again or wait it out. i dunno.
