New BSK guidelines

Ok everyone! With the new roster, I have also updated the positions and guidelines.

• Owners Responsibilities:

o This Position is assigned to the Owners of the community and servers. Their responsibility is to work on server and forum issues, server and forum updates and upgrades. Find resources to make our community work effectively and grow.
o Assign admins
o Find Donators
o Look for ways to increase server population
o All decisions and actions made by members regarding community must be approved by owners.
o Wear [BsK] tag at all times and keep the same name in-game as in-forum
o Moderate forums (For Example; make decisions in clan apps, server manager apps, unban appeal and admin apps)
o Set up Admins
o Post demo with-in 24 hours of unban appeal
o Occasionally check demos in unban appeal section and hacker/reporting section to minimize chances of the ban mistakes
o Uphold a professional and positive public image of the community


• Developer Responsibilities:


o Diagnose and resolve server and forum issues
o Complete routine server and forum maintenance
o Find new Plug-Ins to keep our server's populated
o Prevent servers from crashing
o Help with suggestions for new server mods/plug-ins/changes/updates
o Give statistics of server population monthly and make adjustments to improve population/traffic .
o Wear [BsK] tag at all times and keep the same name in-game as in-forum
o Moderate forums (For Example; make decisions in clan apps, server manager apps, unban appeal and admin apps)
o Set up Admins
o Post demo with-in 24 hours of unban appeal
o Check demos in unban appeal section and hacker/reporting section to minimize chances of the ban mistakes
o Uphold a professional and positive public image of the community


• Moderator Responsiblities:


o Assign and set up Admins
o Post demo with-in 24 hours of unban appeal
o Check demos in unban appeal section and hacker/reporting section to minimize chances of the ban mistakes
o Find Donators
o Moderate forum (Such as; making unban appeal decisions, admin app decisions, moving threads to correct forums/sub-forums, etc…)
o Help increase server population.
o Add/Change amxbans accounts
o Post demo with-in 24 hours of unban appeal
o Wear [BsK] tag at all times and keep the same name in-game as in-forum
o Keep an eye on server and forum conditions
o Answer posts
o Contribute to forum and server updates with new ideas, suggestions, and designs
o Check background of Members/Registered that apply for Admin. (For Example; If they have VAC ban on record, bad reputation in other communities, multiple ban records, multiple accounts on the same I.P. Address, bans in our servers, etc…)
o Check all new registers on forum and post in registration log thread
o Report admin abuse or Admin negligence (not completing admin responsibilities)
o Uphold a professional and positive public image of the community


• Admin Responsibilities:


o All Clan Member responsibilities +
o Help players in servers, registered, guests and clan members
o Advertise our servers
o Police/Regulate the servers by reprimanding players when needed;
o Reprimand players for
- Hacking (Such as; wallhacking, aimbotting, speedhacking, multi-hacking, etc…)
- Using offensive language detrimental to the community/other players (For Example; disrespecting members or community, using racist words/names, bullying, etc…)
- Being AFK(Away From Keyboard)
- Making sure players are attempting to/completing the objective of their respective team (For Example: Counter-Terrorists defuse the bomb and Terrorists plant the bomb)

- Advertising (Such as; products, other communities, websites, etc…)
- IP Changing (For Example; A player that has already been banned, but comes back into the servers using a different IP because their original IP was banned for whatever reason.
o Admins must warn a player before banning [For Example; First step is a written warning with the CSAY command, second step is slapping, third step is kicking, final step is banning (starting with temporary bans when possible)]
o Help on forums [For Example; Give OPINIONS, not decisions, admin apps (+1 or -1 and a reason)]
o Review demos in hacker/reporting thread, give opinions, and add confirmed hackers to amxbans
o Wear [BsK] tag at all times and keep the same name in-game as in-forum
o Post demo with-in 24 hours of unban appeal
o Uphold a professional and positive public image of the community
