k ... My problem is typical for me is that I save a demo to me keep it in the cstrike folder, but ... Today looking has not saved me any demo that is has never saved me

Hm well seems like your saying that when you do a demo, its not going to your cstrike folder. You might have to delete the cstrike folder and re-download steam.
