I doubt a virus would cause you problems for just this site. I would run a antivirus anyway just to check, then run a disk cleanup, (disk defragment clear all temp internet files ect. Make sure your internet is functioning properly, run a speed test and check your browser and firewall settings...

Just do a speed test.
If your connection is bad.
And you play on the server without problems, your browser this bad.
Before you remove it and reinstall a new.
Try updating all plugins.
