I know you want to help, but please make sure you tell guys the right things, posting what you did will only make them even more confused. In this case it really makes no difference since this guy was banned a while ago and he never made an unban app, so he is denied again. But some of these guys really speak no English at all and they will get totally messed up. I will say, it's nice to see that you are eager to help! That's exactly the type of actions that we notice.
