And... Can you make the Alerts on New tab appear only one time??? i dont get why the number of Alerts i have appears 3 times on every tab i open

Alerts plugin was added by you. I didn't add or make any change to that plugin. It was malfunctioning, I just reinstalled it and now it works fine.

The original waiting time is actually 60 seconds and I was wondering if it was possible to just remove that restriction for specific groups like Server Admins and up? Regular members would still have it.

Or maybe just decrease the amount to like 20 seconds?
