Seba and Orange both have mistaken by banning this guy as ipchanger.. I am 200% sure they saw his previous bans and did not care if they were expired, but Sakurai got a point. Thus, This guy will be unbanned.. Seba and Orange, Do not continue this. Read carefully what you see.I think this is the 20th time this guy got banned..  sorry for the inconvinience.
