ADM non-steam

~First excuse me if I'm in the wrong topic~

I have a problem on my computer that the steam does not open. I've tried everything I found on the internet until I changed HD and even then the steam does not open. I would be interested in buying ADM, but I learned that you do not provide support for non-steam, there really is not like having ADM by Nick and setinfo _pw?

We do not sell admin to non-steamers and on top of that. We have changed our admin policy, they must have less than 100 ping.

And what about just vip? No adm only be VIP, can not too?
