when I want to install a game or put information appears to me that my disk is full but I have 2gb of ram, and could make a unit that is only because I have 2 (I dont know why I have two)

RAM has nothing to do with it. Look at your C drive only 1.19GB is free and maybe the game you are trying to install requires more free space than that. What you have to do is free some space in C drive then install or just install it in D drive it has lot of free space.

yes you can unite two or more partitions from same hard-disk but it is better to keep C drive separate. But what you can do is transfer some GBs from D to C using Disk Management.
