When you have any account in Steam u can't sell the games (Only if the game is gift) only can buy the account with all games.

Account is not worth $270, if you want to buy and trade steam account like noobs then lookup sythe. People that buy and sell steams usually cheat or are trying to fake league experince to make themselves look good. I don't even see why this is allowed on the forum.
