you forgot to put "status" at the begining of the demo.   Once you put the command (record "example") you need to write status and press enter. Status will show you a lot of information that you will need to make a report, and for the admins to ban the hacker as well.

The information will show you things like, the name of the suspect, and his steamid. as you can see you don't have the steam id, and that's a really important thing when you want to make a report, anyways nice demo.
