I banned him for IP changer/ blacklisted, not wall hack as he was using a blacklisted name. Not sure if it's the same person or not, would like a higher to look at it. If it's different people, please unban him. Thank-you.

did you write ip changer and wallhack? if so... i want to say, whenever you ban someone saying is hacking, you must do a demo... and if you wanted to ban him only by the reason of ipchanger, you could haven't wrote wallhack as another reason. This is not a scolding, this is just an advice.

first of all i was searching his name of our ban list and i just founded "ipchanger" but i can't fin the original ban

well we have 3 bans for "ipchanger" 

those are from afghanistan the places are "kabul" and "herat"

in conclusion this guy is an ipchanger or someone with the same name in the same place so you guys tell me your oppinions

I didn't write wallhack, he chose to add that part himself. I used the amxmodmenu to ban as ip changer blacklisted. Since apparently he has "reached max offenses" it doesn't display this. Thanks for the advice nonetheless.

He got a legit steamid, which means he can't be an IP changer, because ban would have been made against his steamid, and not IP. There is a possibility that he got banned playing under non-steam, but its much better to record a demo of him under steam than to do all the IP checks.
