/server isn't working

This command takes days without work, but today I said that I would do a post on the subject, I believe that no one has noticed. This command is essential for the community, so players can go from a server to another without having your IP. I leave this to review and fix the problem.

this happened after the update of counter strike now just players nosteam have access to "/server"
