Please use Chatbox in Home if you want report a hack to some admin online.
Or you can record a demo of him hacking (it must be .demo file) with commands status or amx_who in it, upload it to http://mediafire.com or https://mega.co.nz/ and post it in the section Hacker and Cheater Reporting.
