do the following steps...
1) go into user cp -->> picture: http://i48.tinypic.com/2hy89rq.jpg
2) go to change avatar -->> picture:
3)select File -->> picture: http://i49.tinypic.com/bg8qxv.jpg
4) to finish the picture and the last step is to change photo --->>picture: http://i47.tinypic.com/2a5da21.jpg
