go into your console in CS by pressing `
thats the button to the left of 1
once your console is open, type "status" and press enter.
The names of everyone in the server will appear along with their steam id. Steam IDs look like this: STEAM_0:0:183725137
something like that. just copy and paste that in the section asking for it.
