these are the commands i use, hopefully it will help u out



1) rate 25000.

2) cl_updaterate 101

3) cl_cmdrate 101

4) ex_interp 0.01

5) cl_dynamiccrosshair 0

6) net_graph 3

7) cl_lw 0

8) fps_max 101
