I'm here to report a speed hacker on the Zombie plague server.
I got his Steam id from typing in the status
STEAM_0:4:400685916   9 
in game name is OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
He's actually still playing. hold on ill edit this to include all details.

Please Perm Ban when you can. 

Me and BsK.| Emily were both on when this happened.

I just read on how to report hackers, but I don't understand how to demo him. Can someone please tell me? If he doesn't get banned yet, I bet I can catch him again.

and where is the proof? for report a hacker must make a demo, if you can not do a demo can watch tutorials. This is the format correct:
