This will be the second installment of our Quarterly "State of the Klan address" For those of you who don't know what that is, I will give you a short explanation.
Once every 3 months (quarterly) One of the Owners gives a general run down on how the community is doing, What changes are to be made etc... This is to keep ALL Members up to date on which direction our Community is heading. There is also the "Backbone of the community" Award. That is given to the Member that has worked the hardest, and contributed greatly to the community since the last Address. There is an award and the Member also get's Immunity in the servers for the duration of the Quarter. So that's about it on that.
Now on to the business at hand, And to be honest there really isn't much. lol. We have been running really smoothly for a while now. We haven't had a lot of server problems, and the highers have been doing such a great job handling the fourm and servers, there isn't really much to report there either. As a matter of fact ALL of the Members have been working their tails off and making this Family better every day!
We have had a lot of New Member join in the last while, And the vast majority of them were all great. But as always we ended up with some real fucking tools! But like we do so well, we dealt with them with swift decisive action. They are no longer with us and we are the better for that.
I like to use that word "WE" because that's what this is all about..."WE" when WE work together, WE are an unstoppable force. When WE do the right thing, WE come out on top. And that's exactly where WE are. ON TOP!
Ok, as to the Backbone of the Community Award...... TomePalPinto, You have been the Model of what we expect from our highers. You work very hard, You are honest, trustworthy and very intelligent. You have earned this award 3 times over. Congratulations Bro. Enjoy your Award and your Reward!
