Screen freez problem!!!

Hi guy's I'm new here.... I have a problem with my CS . I tried everything different versions , re-installations and it seems it doesn't work....Problem is next, when I try to connect to sum server....it just freez and nothing happens. I tried to w8 for an half an hour but still nothing happens.....I tried this things....to delete tga from gfx/temp folder and set cl_allowdownload to 0 before connecting....and I try to delete resource/loadingdialognobanner.res
resource/loadingdialog.res
resource/loadingdialogvac.res

And after that same thing.....I have Win 7 Enterprise GC: G-force gtx560 with new driver updates....

I cannot be specific but it may very well be your network card problem. Try to reinstall the driver if possible the whole windows.

It can be your firewall or antivirus blocking connection. Or 3rd Option but unlikely,your ISP or providers IP is banned from the servers you are tryign to connect to

or yes i agree with waka the firewall or antivirus try to find in google.

Thx guy's....I will try to disable firewall and antivirus.....but I don't think that problem is in modem bcz my m8 brought his lap top and it worked perfect...
