I made donation via SMS from Venezuela and gave me a PIN code, I imput them into SMS dations and refuse him. Anybody can help me?

Hablo español Ashba, veo que eres chileno asi que te hablo en nuestro idioma natal. Tengo problemas con la donacion: La hice desde mi celular "movistar" en Venezuela, mande los cuatro mensajes y me generó un PIN, este lo coloco en la seccion SMS, y me lo rechaza, me aparece una X y no me da otra opcion, te adjunto par de capturas de pantalla, tanto de mi computador como de mi móvil. (Borro el código para evitar suplantación por alguien mas). Si lo necesitas te lo mando via PM. Te agradezco de antemano tu valiosa ayuda.

Sorry rattle, my english really sucks, and I hate translators.
I have problems with the donation: I did it from my phone "movistar" in Venezuela, send four messages and I created a PIN, this I put it in the SMS section, and rejects it, I get an X and not give me another option, I attached two screenshots, both my computer and my phone.
