[SOLVED] smoke issue

amm... hey ... i need your help guys since i'm a noob at cs.

idk why when i see a freaking smoke grenade, there's a black flame that looks extremely akward... and is there a command that would let me to see better trough smoke, or that doesnt kill my fps that bad?

as you can see there's an annoying black flame... and when i try to see trough it i can't... it's really annoying... maybe is my cs cfg. or a command iu could use?

Your CS is haunted by spirits, im sorry... just verify the files on steam


Go to Steam, then library, right click to CS 1.6 and Properties, click the third tab and there should be an option named Verify Game Files, something like that... Try it, it should delete every weird bullshit a server downloaded in your CS while trying to join

It looks like you are using some custom model for smoke? If that is so, then please remove it, as it could lead to VAC ban.

If you not using it, then refer to Ashba's suggestion.

Go to Options>Advanced...>Smoke Gas Grenade Sprite Quality.
if it is on low it looks like that naturally. Already told him on Steam just a minute ago. Just a normal setting.
